SHELBY ALEXANDER // Born in Adelaide, Australia, Shelby is a documentary and street photographer based in Bristol. Her project “One Night with Elvis” is a documentary of one of the quirky and entertaining Elvis festivals in the U.K., with impersonators doing their best impressions of their rock and roll idol.
MISH AMINOFF // Mish has been fascinated by visual arts, encompassing fine art, fashion design and photography, since childhood. Based in London, U.K., she both participates in and documents the Afro-Cuban music scene there. Her vibrant photos from the Afro-Cuban music scene show the joy (and colours) of music perfectly.
STEVE BEST // Steve is a stand-up comedian and a photographer from the UK. He has combined his love of comedy and photography and shared a set of black and white photographs from his “Comedians: Back to Front series”, showing comedians both on stage and rare glimpses of them behind the scenes.
GREIG CLIFFORD // Greig studied photography at Northbrook, UK and has been involved in music all his life. In 2010 he began dedicating himself to music photography, working professionally as a freelancer since 2013. He shared a set of black and white photographs full of light and emotion from different rock concerts.
DANNY JACKSON // Danny is a passionate street, event, wedding, and portrait photographer from Essex. He candidly captures quirky and beautiful moments around him. Apart from photography, Danny enjoys all the arts. He shared a set of photographs from the Classical Spectacular at the venerable Royal Albert Hall in London.
DAVID GILBERT WRIGHT // David has been in photography most of his life. He now specialises in documentary photography and is working on several long-term projects, including the one he shared with us about modern cultural expressions of Morris Dancing, a quintessentially English form of folk dance that has its origins in the Middle Ages.
