ANTONIS GIAKOUMAKIS // Antonis does not believe in photographic discriminations… in categorisations. For him, the power of a photograph is to embody all the “categories”. Born in Chania, Crete, he likes to create stories with his camera. He shared with us one poetic story about parallel dances of a woman and a horse.
ROBERT SHERMAN // Robert, who lives in New York City, is both a photographer and a musician and composer. He came to the camera as if it were a new musical instrument and developed a pure passion for the art of photography. Robert shared a series of flamenco dancers in Andalucia, Spain.

ANWAR SADAT // Anwar is a Kenyan photographer whose images of life in his home town Kibera, Nairobi reflect the vibrance as well as challenges in his environment. Anwar shared a set of photos of a special dance performance by a local ballet programme for children run by Project Elimu in Kibera, Nairobi.
JASON SHIPLEY // Jason is a passionate British documentary photographer from Kingston upon Hull. He documents the people he meets, often in long-term series. His photographs have been featured in magazines and at the British Museum. Jason shared some of his photos from the Leeds West Indian Carnival, the oldest such event in England.
